Given the complexity, spread, and strategic role of the machinery and systems on which we operate, we provide on-call service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This ensures that customers who request it receive on-site intervention that is quick, effective and minimizes any downtime.
Engine overhaul activities, whether partial or total, include disassembly, thorough inspection, subsequent reassembly, and final testing.
In the case of partial overhaul-which involves external components or the engine head, such as gaskets, heat exchangers or radiators-the work is carried out by our specialized personnel directly at the customer’s premises, after checking the suitability of the space and operating conditions.
Total overhaul, on the other hand, requires complete disassembly of the engine (pistons, shaft, cylinders and other internal parts) and is carried out at our partner workshop. Disassembly and reassembly operations are carried out by qualified technicians, ensuring maximum precision and reliability at every stage of the process.
We also take care of firefighting pumping systems of which we can carry out maintenance of the motor pump with heat engine and related quadristics, including any replacement/repair of the Diesel engine.
TANK REMEDIATION SERVICE
In addition to the presence of external sediments, such as dust and impurities, the bacterial component contained in diesel fuel can promote the formation of algae inside the tank, with the risk of damaging the endothermic engine over time.
To prevent these problems, our technicians carry out tank cleaning using specific machinery that guarantees an effective and safe intervention.
Thanks to the experience of our staff, we are able to handle the complete installation of generating sets and systems, even complex ones, offering an all-round service. In addition, we provide sizing and installation of accessory components such as: automatic switchboards, parallel switchboards, exhaust mufflers, air intakes, soundproof baffles, and automatic diesel adduction systems.
Our staff is able to support clients in bringing dated systems up to current regulations. Whether fire protection systems or gensets, our technicians inform the client about the regulatory updates recommended for the purpose of the CPI (Fire Prevention Certificate).
In the case of a new CPI, the adjustments required by the regulations become mandatory by law. These interventions not only ensure the compliance of the plant, but also increase the safety of the operator during activities, as is the case with muffler insulation, for example.
We have a spare parts warehouse that allows us to quickly and efficiently support all maintenance activities for generator sets, air compressors, and light towers. From the most common to specific and special components, we are able to offer a wide range of major brands.
